When waking from sleep Henry (played by several people) found himself in a laboratory, without arms and legs left. Henry's body back in full after receiving robot arms and legs thanks to Estelle (Haley Bennett), a woman who claimed to be his wife. Henry not only the loss of a limb but he also woke up with no memory of what had happened to him. Not fully recovered psychopathic man named Will (Danila Kozlovsky) tried to attack Henry and Estelle. They escaped and met with Jimmy (Sharlto Copley), a man who then tells Henry that now she is a cyborg with the capabilities desired by Will.
In the opening section Hardcore Henry had tried to tell the audience that what they saw next was an intense entertainment, and it was really evident. Shot entirely using the first person pov is an extravaganza in the context of the action, a show for gamers will remind them of FPS game Call Of Duty. As a result, Hardcore Henry was unique. It's hard to say this as a package action that "you've never seen before" because of the efforts of fun as you can actually easily on Youtube. But an experimental action that kept powered for 90 minutes? Even thinking about it do it's not an easy task especially as the concept of putting the audience into a character.
